The importance of fostering safe and respectful work environments is of paramount importance. This is
evidenced by the Sexual Harassment (Protection and Prevention) Act, 2021, which took effect in
Jamaica on July 3, 2023. Sexual harassment not only undermines employee morale but also hampers
productivity and tarnishes organizational reputation. In light of this, this seminar aims to:
