Regulatory Compliance Workshop: The Risk Based Approach for Cambios & Microcredit Financial Institutions

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE

The objective of this workshop is to strengthen participants’ understanding of regulatory compliance responsibilities and to support cambios in maintaining effective internal controls and governance arrangements consistent with BOJ supervisory standards and international AML/CFT best practices, including the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
